It started with a vision by Dark Horse Development to reimagine the City Center Plaza on College Avenue, with the goal of bringing new life to the heart of downtown Appleton by creating a thriving urban hub. Over the last year, the team of Dark Horse Development and Boldt Real Estate Development have been diligently working on a plan that will transform and reinvigorate the City Center Plaza. Upon completion, the redevelopment project will be named Fox Commons and will be anchored by health & wellness services, retail, office and food & beverage users.
WHY HERE?
Fox Commons will provide a pedestrian corridor connecting the North College Neighborhood to the core of downtown. Revitalization of the City Center Plaza has long been included in the City's strategic growth plan. Fox Commons will be complimented by more than 450 new and planned apartments units in the downtown corridor and connected to 1200 parking stalls!
